Strong knowledge in Java, SQL
Working knowledge in PERL, UNIX is desirable
Good communication skills and leadership quality
Minimum 8 years of IT experience out of which at least 1 years in leading big projects
Proven experience in strategic planning
Interact with Business Users to understand Business Requirement and finalizing scope
Lead the planning and implementation of project
Define project tasks and resource requirements
Assemble and coordinate project staff
